Sarasota Public Art Continues to Amaze – Upcoming Events

Here are a two of the upcoming Public Art events you may want to consider attending:

Join artist Alissa Silvers (Liss Design) and your neighbors on Saturday, November 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex for a day of creativity and community fun.

Participants can help paint sections of Rhapsody in Bloom, the new mural transforming the Lifeguard Headquarters building. Before or after painting, families can enjoy the Kids’ Wellness Fair, featuring inflatables, games, organizations, and activities promoting health and wellness.

• Free and open to all ages
• Children 13 and under must be supervised by an adult
• All participants must sign a general waiver and photo release form
• Acrylic paint will be used and may stain clothes – wear play clothes!

Please use the sign-up link below to select your time slot. Sign up is not required, but it will help us make sure we have enough supplies. Signing up in advance will also enter you into a drawing for a free t-shirt to commemorate the event.
