Avondale Neighborhood Association (ARA)

The Avondale Residents Association is devoted to enhancing our neighborhood and helping others in our community.

Bay Island Siesta Neighborhood Association (BISA)

Bay Pointe Park Neighborhood Association

Bay Point Park is a beautiful neighborhood known for its proximity to downtown and the bay. Neighbors love the area for its walkability and the variety of restaurants nearby. It’s a charming place with a friendly community vibe.

Bayou Oaks Neighborhood Association (BONA)

Bayou Oaks Neighborhood Association (BONA) is located  from US 41 to Central Avenue (where the railroad tracks are) University Parkway, south to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way.


Broadway Promenade Association

Broadway Promenade Condominiums are right in the middle of everything the City of Sarasota has to offer.

Bird Key Homeowners Association

Bird Key, originally a small barrier island connected to the Ringling Causeway by a tree lined causeway of its own, it was the home of John Ringling North, nephew of circus magnate John Ringling and now has 305 single family homes.
