Meaningful Neighborhood Input
Development Services and CCNA’s Meaningful Neighborhood Input team have updated the review process to include neighborhood input on applications. The association reviews applications, engages residents, gathers feedback, and communicates with city staff, serving as a hub for public comments. Residents’ feedback becomes part of the public record and is considered in reviews.

This report is categorized by Application Type / Number and includes the Project Name, Description, Project Status, and Case Planner. Projects with proposed Attainable Units are listed separately. New projects are highlighted in red and updates to existing projects are also in red font. The projects in this report can be found on the interactive map available on the City of Sarasota website. This map allows users to search for development applications currently under review by the city. Note that all details in this report are not included in the map. Development Application Flowcharts
The process of moving an application through the various reviews and approvals in the City can be quite complex. Development Services has released detailed flowcharts of the Development Applications process making this complex process a little easier to understand.
