February 2026 CCNA Utilities Projects Update

North Tamiami Trail AC Water Main Replacement:

1. Phase 1-3 (US-41 from 14th St to South of MLK Jr):
   Final connection (transfer to new watermain) to and from all side streets to start Monday, February 9th, 2026 (No closure on US-41)
2. Phase-2 (Intersection of Cocoanut & 16th Street):

   Complete intersection closure work tentatively first week of March.

3. Phase 4 (US-41 from North of MLK Jr Way to South of Myrtle):

   Northbound and Southbound Inside lane work to be completed and paving is tentatively scheduled for this Wednesday, February 4th, 2026.

4. US-41/MLK Jr Intersection work:  This is a weekend 24-hr operation to minimize regional traffic and business impact. Work to occur February 13th through 15th and February 20th through 22nd.

5. Phase 7 (47th St. from US-41 to Rilma):
   Work to continue to West of Rilma Ave. throughout this week.

   Intersection of Rilma/ North Entrance of North Water Tower Park (NWTP) to be closed starting Monday, 9th, 2026. North entrance of the NWTP to be reopened ASAP.
