CCNA Board Urges Residents to Vote NO on Amendment 3

CCNA’s Board’s Position on Amendment 3:  A copy of the CCNA Board position was distributed to attendees at the CCNA Member Meeting on October 3rd:

CCNA’s Board of Directors urges neighborhood residents to vote NO on Amendment 3

Having research facts surrounding the State of Florida’s No. 3 Constitutional Amendment – Increased Homestead Exemption on the November 3, 2026 Election Ballot the Board issued this position.

Amendment 3 offers no plan to replace funding lost for essential services and value amenities our neighborhoods fought hard to secure. Developed without meaningful public input, it is the wrong approach to property-tax reform.
