FDOT Restores Aqua Blue Illumination for Ringling Bridge
CONGRATULATIONS!
On May 5th the Sarasota City Commissioners announced that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) agreed to restore the nightly illumination of the Ringling Bridge to its original, professionally designed blue colors. In addition the bridge will display the Red, White and Blue lighting on national holidays.
This positive outcome would not have been possible without each of you taking the time to voice your support and share your personal perspectives. Your collective effort demonstrates the power of community – how through respectful and united action, we can influence public policy and inspire meaningful change.
The Red, White and Blue lighting symbolizes our cherished freedom. And through your actions, you have exemplified that very freedom.
