2025-2026 Neighborhood Grants Cycle Now Open

Dear Association Leader:

We are pleased to announce the availability of the Neighborhood Partnership Grant (Cycle A) application for fiscal year October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.   The maximum awards for the Neighborhood Partnership Grant program are $2,000 per association with fewer than 1,000 parcels/units and $3,000 per association with 1,000 or more parcels/units.  Fifty percent (50%) matching funds or volunteer hours are required.  Associations are eligible to apply for one Neighborhood Partnership Grant per fiscal year.  The application deadline is Monday, August 25, 2025, by 4:00 PM.    The applications will go before the City Commission on October 20, 2025, therefore, grant projects should not commence until after this date.

2025-2026 Neighborhood Grant (Cycle A) Application

The Community Building Grant application for fiscal year October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 is also available. The maximum amount is $250.00.   The Community Building Grant is offered for neighborhood associations to support community gatherings, celebrations, or special events.  Such events can increase neighborhood pride and deepen a sense of community.  A sample of eligible funding may include event supplies, entertainment, printing, food, beverages and permitting fees in conjunction with neighborhood event.  Neighborhood associations can apply for one Community Building Grant per fiscal year.  Please note this grant application is on a first-come first-serve basis provided there are funds available starting October 1, 2025, until September 30, 2026.
